I have Partner ACS 5 and 12 Extensions. My user want to make Line 2 as default when he want to make local or LD calls from his extension.

Right now, when he pickup handset, he get Line 1 to make call and he need to press Line 2 to call from line 2.

Please help,

At station 10 or 11 press Feature 00, Left Intercom, Left Intercom, Right Intercom, then dial his extention, press ** line 2 **
Then press Feature 00 to end programming. That will give him line 2 when he goes off hook or hits speaker
