I have configuration of the following. Definity G3 with a Ds1 card connected to a paradyne 3160 dsu, connected to a point to point t-1. On the other end I have Verilink prism 3060 channel bank connected to the other end of the point to point. My problem is that I can not get dial tone on more than one channel on the channel bank and when I do it will not go off hook or on hook properly. Would this be a programing problem or a t problem?

It sounds like you need to check programming on your 3160 CSU/DSU and make sure it is setbup for all your channels. You need to tell it how many you are getting 1,2,3,4,ext.
