I have had problems connecting with the remote admin software on Win2k, but I have not tried it on XP, yet.
I run Win98 on my box as well as 2000, and when I want to connect to a Partner, I reboot and bring up Win98.
I did call Avaya and they claim that there is no problem. But I also have an older version of the software that I have upgraded to thru the Avaya website. Maybe I have to buy the new software directly?
Any thoughts? Also, does everyone that can connect, did you buy your software or download off of the Avaya site? Just wondering.
Thanks
