Only to visit. There is so much work out here in the city. I read somewhere that over 80% of the phone systems in Manhattan are Avaya. Its nice to be able to walk to all your jobs in one day.

gkar,
I've always wondered how you guys in the big apple get to your jobs. I know allot of people don't even have a car or for that matter a drivers license. How do you get your cable, tools, laptops to the job sites. One tech told me that he uses a pull along tool chest with him. Is he telling me the truth or just pulling my leg? Or do you drive a truck/van.

Russ runs a local service and private tech center.

gkar,

I agree NYC is great fun for service calls. Today was about 65 and sunny and I walked to 4 service calls, no parking no subway. I have everything I need in a courier bag and if we need a cable our cable guy has a van.
