I need help to solve the following problem. Merlin Magix 2.2 wit Magix Mail 2.5. In-comming calls go to Auto Attendand after 4 rings, Dial by name directory extends calls to ext's or if no answer go to the VM box. When calls are answered by reception she can transfer calls to ext's ok, but whe she tries to VM transfer directly to mail box she gets Trnsfer faild message.
Please Help?

Sounds like her direct to voice mail button is not programmed correctly. From her phone, dial Feature 0 0, then press the button you want to program, dial *56, then Feature 0 0 to exit. It should work fine. If she is getting a wave off tone, your extensions are not in coverage.

Make sure she is not pressing the transfer button before or after dialing or DSS.

if all of that fails, check the mailbox class of service.
HE SEEMS TO BE SAYING SOME KIND OF WORDS
