We need to program a Merlin Legend with Voice Mail. Is there an "installer" password that we need to use? This is a new customer and he says that voice mail is not currently available to all stations. Thanks.

You would only need the "password" if you are accessing the Legend remotely, typically a cover group usually "30' to the voice mail calling group, usually group "770", contains station users with voice mail coverage. The password for the voicemail will depend on the particular voicemail system used, and you would need to build a mailbox for the station user, and I suspect that is where you need the system administrator's password.
