Here is my scenario: I have remote offices connected to my main PBX through various connections. The phone numbers are routed through my local 201 exchange. I need to find a way to route each location to their specific 911 dispatch. For example my New Providence location should have their 911 calls routed locally 908. Is there a way in the Definity to do this?

I think you are going to have to have a co line brought into each of your remote locations and your 911 calls will have to be made on these lines so that the address will show up for that location.

Dialtone is right on the money on this. A local CO will need to be installed and setup for 911 dialing.

If you find another way to do it; post it back here, I know of no other way to do it.

If you are going out over a PRI you can assign your outbound caller ID by phone or to a group of phones & have you PRI vender pass that info to 911.
