I have a Legend rel5, I have one extension (ext121) that will not go to voice mail. Its in the right group(30) but it wont go. Any ideas why?

If you have a voice mail box set up for this ext. and it is in cover group 30; it should go to voice mail. Print out your cover groups and see if it shows up in the print out as being in group 30.

You can give this a try.
At the phone dial Faeture 00 to enter programming.
press an SA key
Press the "list feature" soft key
Keep pressing MORE until CovINS or something similar shows up (I'm doing this from memory)
Make sure it is set to ON
press feature 00 to exit programming
Let me know if it fixes it. If not there are a few other things to check
