Intuity Audix Mapp5: Can anyone help me reset the craft password? Perhaps using the root login if you have it.

Sorry, there is no dial up line any fixes have to be done live and in person. It's a great thought though and thanks for replying.

This machine is sitting idle until I can get the password fixed. There's no one answering or using it yet. It has no outside lines connected at all.

Do you know if this mapp5 was used with a legend or definity phone system. Avaya changed the passwords on the ones that work with an definity switch. I had one a couple of weeks ago that Avaya could not get into (and they charge 140.00 for trying). For someone to help you; you are going to have to power it up and add a dialin line into the modem port.

You can crack the password if you have the boot floppies. Can't tell you how here though.
