How do I program the Voice mail to ring on a calling group instead of the operator (ext. 10) when the caller does not select an option in the auto attendent?
TIA

Depends on your Voice Mail. On Partner Mail and Partner Messaging, but NOT on Partner Mail VS or Partner Voice Messaging (PC Card) you just set the Dial-0/Timeout to the calling group (71-74). On the others, you're just stuck.

TIA</font> What type of voice mail are you using. Is it an Intuity Audix.
