I am have problem with the installation of a PRI, the company set the PRI for custom ATT. I think I set the PRI right but not getting the connected.

Is this a new pri (t-1) or are you changeing from a channel t-1 to the pri.

Check clocking option; check error log under the slot that the pri card is in.

Do you have a csu/dsu external or built into 100d card. If external csu, bypass csu and go straight to 100d and test. You may have some options in the csu wrong.

It is a new PRI the network provider shows good to their equipment. I setup slot for PRI and the options, I think every is set right. I am able to dial out, but when I dial one of the DID I get a busy signal.

have the provider sends some test digits and see what happens.

How many digits are they sending you? Are you using 3 or 4 digits extension numbers? Most important, do your extension numbers match your did numbers.

The network provider and I went over all the settings and we got it to work. Thanks for all the help.
