No passwords or backdoor access will be posted on the open forum. You need to contact a moderator or Installer for this forum (or wait till they contact you) and be able to show that you are an installer and not an end user (disgruntled empoloyee) before the information is given. We need to be careful not to cause problems while we think we're solving them.

i am having the same problem, my branch manager changed the password when we let him go and i havent been able to get in it since. My office is in memphis tenn and i am having no luck in finding a service guy to look at it, if someone could point me in the right direction i would appreciate it, i have no problem giving someone all my info if they need to verify i am employeed here, thanks
