I have a merlin legend system and use the winspm software to manage it. Someone in the company is dialing someone's cell phine and racking up charges. Is there a way for me to deny all users of the phone system from dialing a specific outside #? Thanks, Anthony

You can enter the number into a deny table. Then you will need to add the deny table to the phone extension.

I am presuming that you are familiar with the software and how to administer the changes.

I think the only way is to add the deny table to all the phone extension. As long as you are making a deny table, you might as well add 1900, 976, and a few other numbers that you do not want your users to dial.

If there is a deny table already assigned to all users and there is an open space, just ad the problem number and you should be done.

Don't you mean, disallow table?
