I have a customer with a Legend who wants to merge two offices to one building and use the same phone system. Any suggestions on how to program to keep the phone service (operators and lines) separate through one system? They would like the operators to back each other up.

not much to it. i can set it all up remotely for you if you need help. a lot will depend on how you have it currently setup. i would recommend hybrid mode and setup separate line pools. i would put another MLX-20D in place or a 28D for the other operator. email me for further details.
