i'm using Avaya Site Admin but haven't got manual- help is ok but it's nice to see also some examples of implementation, also i have trouble to use GEDI...
can anyone email me a manual/course on Avaya Site Admin pls?

Most, if not all, Avaya manuals are available for free on the Avaya web site, although they can be a pain to find there.
I am not sure if the manual you are looking for is on the Avaya site or not.
