How do you set the AA to answer any incoming calls after 6 rings during day service? Right now the operator is getting the call sent to the operator mail box. On night service, the AA is picking up after 2 rings.

Are the lines going directly into the MMail, or are they in a switch?

If you have the lines/pools assigned to the stations that cover to the voicemail, you can have the voicemail ports set to delay. I am not sure if this is 6 rings.
