On our Legend system, I have one extension that gets the warble (error) sound everytime I dial 9 for an outside line. I can dial internal extensions OK, and I am receiving outside calls. I just can't dial out. Any ideas?

sounds like you don't have the lines assigned to that extension.

Check your Assigning/Unassigning Trucks or Pools to Extensions. More then likely it is not assigned.

You can even do a Copying Line/Trunk button assignments if you want.

Since you're using a Legend, and you're dialing 9 for outbound calls, the extension is probably restricted. There are several places in the Legend programming that it can be accomplished. If you are not familiar with programming this system (it's pretty funky!) you might want to contact someone local to do it for you, or look into someone that can program it remotely for you.
