Client has requested a channel bank (to be installed by their services provider)in front of their old Partner II. The PRI DIDs will break out of the channel bank in discrete lines using RJ-11 jacks and will have the usual DID setup: wink-start, 4-digits, etc.
Can the Partner II work with this?

PartnerII will not handle did's . Only loop start lines (pots)

mwm, if your the one who called me you didn't mention that they where going to be wink start DID's, they need to be loop start trunks as clgjr mentioned.
