I'm having trouble with getting voice messages into subscribers inboxs in Outlook. Unified Messaging will attempt to drop the voicemail into Exchange (then into the inbox of the user) but for some reason the Unified Messaging Error Log shows "Submit Message Failed Error 2147024891". Environment: EXCHANGE SERVER 2003 / WINDOWS SERVER STANDARD 2003

From your post I assume that you are using two different PC's. The only thing I can think of is to be sure that PC with the Unified App and the Exchange server are on the same domain or are trusted domains.
