Hey guys, We're now looking at Avaya systems and I have one vendor that I'm getting a quote from but would like to get another quote as well. Do you know of a reputable AVAYA vendor in the Needham, MA (outside of Boston) area by chance? There's a vendor near us but they look smallish and I don't know how good they are. Thanks, Alicia

Just a small clarification, I am looking for a local company that will buy our current MICS Norstar stuff, sell us the AVAYA and also service it. Obviously, I'd prefer a company that I have some good feedback about. Thanks, Alicia

Small vendors or small resellers often give the best service. They know what they are up against and often go the extra mile for your business and trust. Likewise, You don't have to bring your car to the dealership to find a good auto machanic do you? If your a real big company then get a real big service provider and pay though the nose.

I would agree that you will get as good or better service from a smaller company.
