I can't get the voicemail to answer w/ the main greeting. The call goes to the mailbox of the first ringing ext in the group cover. How do I get the trunks to ring the sets first and if unanswered go to the AA main greeting?

you should have the 4 ports associated with the v-mail as the members for call group 770. then have the lines that are to be answer with AA in call group 771. then have 771 overflow to 770. I'm sure someone is willing to give you tech support for free or a low price. you could email me your info and if i have sometime i'll remote it for you.
