Partner VS voicemail. I can't seem to locate how to record a personal greeting for a new mailbox for an extension, in the manual. It says you can do this, but doesn't seem to mention how.
Yes, follow the prompts. But, in case I get asked before I can listen to the prompts....?

Once you dial into the mailbox it's option 3, from there you can record, listen to the personal greeting.

Thanks! That was easy enough.
Just got notified that they want to change the main AA greeting. This VS system seems,IMO, at first look, to be a lot easier than some of the newer voicemail systems, like, say, Messenger 7.0.

The VS is a pretty straight forward program , the Messaging units are about the same with a lot more bells and whistles.
