I have a 308 in a 5 slot carrier and the extentions appear to all be programmed for auto ext privacy, but the customer claims they can still pick up on a call in progress. What am I missing? thanks emmitt

Make sure that you have all your stations assigned for Auto Ext Privacy. If you have a few off then they will be able to be listened to.

If you have a Privacy button on the set, even with Auto Privacy turned ON, the customer can toggle it OFF.
Anyone have a Privacy button on their set?
