I am trying to put coverage buttons for the operator console on a couple phones. The buttons show up, even light red in programing, but don't every ring.

You may need Primary call coverage. Assign the extension to a coverage group. You may assign the coverage to calling group 770(voice Mail)

Program a primary cover button for the exstension on the secretary's phone and program it for delayed ring.

If voice mail is involved then you need a Coverage VMS off button on the other exstensions.
