I sold a Partner ACS R7.0 Processor and a PMVS R5.0 VM and having a couple of problems that just won’t go away.
(1) The end user will turn on his DND and when a call comes in instead of going directly into VM it bounces to ext. 10

(2) About once a day the VM gets hung up and when you dial into the system the caller and end-user here’s the phone ringing but the auto attendant never picks up. They then reset the system and everything works again.

Any suggestions?

Thanks Tom

You need a patch with the VS5 for the ACS R7, you can find it on the Avaya web site.
