We are having a problem with the CTI Link connected to a server for a digital dispatch application. The CAT5 cable connects from the Magix 3.0 MLX port to the dispatch server. The Caller-ID info is not transmitting to the server. We have switched from Windows XP to Windows 2000 but still nothing. We have tried with and with out Avaya Center VU didn't help. Anybody had any experience wuth this application that can help?

The TS controller must be administered correctly. The things to check are, proper Avaya CVCT License, TS-132 client installed correctly as a service and the PBX driver name must match what the 3rd party software reference's. the EICON PC card will show the b-channels down (not used) but the D needs to be stable before data processing can happen. This should be seen in your windows tray next to your clock if the software was installed correctly.
