Now that I've embarassed myself with my last post, lets try something that I really don't have an answer to.
I have a Partner Voice Messaging PC Card R2 installed in a Partner Endeavor. My specific question is can I change the extension that gets rang when the caller dials '0' during the AA greeting or when they don't dial an extension or selector code? If so...do you know how?
Here's why: I would like to have the AA answer all calls, give the caller an option to dial an extension, otherwise they get transferred to one of the "combo" extensions (ports 7 & 8) instead of ext. 10. Why you ask? We have an external answering system that e-mails a .wav file to our technicians when you leave a message. This allows them to receive voicemails to the general tech support line on their mobile devices.
Thanks.

No you can't change the 0-time out on a PC mail, you are stuck with it going to 10. Sorry
