I have a calling group that has announcements programmed to play every 30 seconds. Instead, you just get MOH for the duration you are in the que. I have tested this when I am the only person calling in and it does not work.

any ideas?

do you have your delayed announcements set?
are you delayed announcements on analog port, you may want to call them, i sometimes have to rebuild delayed announcements on the legends.

they are set in programming and I can even call them and they will play. They just won't play while i am in cue.

Are you using analog or Messaging announcements?

we are using the little viking digital announcers wired into single line ports.
