I just flash up-graded a ACS R.3 to a R.6 and added 2 of the new design 18d's to a customer. Now when you hang the handset up from being on a call. You hear a brust of the music on hold.
Also did a hardware up-grade for another customer to a ACS R.7. They kept a lot of their MLS sets. Now sometimes (once every week or two)the music on hold will start playing on a certian ext.. Like they entered feature 19, but the customer says they did not.
Any ideas, Thanks,

Both of these sound like phone problems. Swap them around and see if the problem stays with the phone or port, that will tell you.
I expect some new 18D's in a few days. I'll check this out.
