Working on an IP office cant seem to get the dss buttons working properly, Is it the extension name or the user name that needs to be spelled exactly correct to get the Dss buttons on other phones???

User name and it must be in quotes "Bob Jones". There were some issues with this on the early IP office software versions. ------------------ | Business Telephones | Telephone Systems
