I changed the order that a couple of ext's are in in a calling group and now the phones don't ring when they are busy on the first call. The customer says that this used to happen. I did remove them from the group and then put them back in the order the customer requested. That is all I changed, no button programming or anything. Any ideas what I changed that caused this?

Thank You

If they are busy on a group-calling delivered call they can not receive a second call from the group.
