I have a customer who is using the TASK software to monitor a calling group. Although I have the group set to send the call to the most idle, it seems send the calls more at random. The person with the most idle time gets the first call, then there while there are a couple of people idle, the person who just got off the phone gets the next call. I seems to be working only intermittantly. I have verifed all users are logged in and assigned to the correct group.

all the agents are logged in correctly. I would hope it would not take a system init to correct this. It is a large system and would be a pain to reprogramm.

about 12, and I watched it today again and sure enough, there were 5 people idle, and it sent the call to the person LEAST IDLE. Then then next call went to the 2nd person and then the third call went to the person who had been idle the most. I did verify that the hunt group is set to most idle. Someone told me the TASKE software might be causing this, huh?
