Ok, if it's a VS then it has to be VS5 in order to change the 0-time out to another station, are you comfortable going in as the admin? If not give me a call. number is in my profile

Go in and in the auto attn selector codes you will be able to change the 0-time out to a diiferent station if you have VS5, if it's VS4 and below it will not have that option and you won't be able to change it.

If I were you I would go to avaya.com and download the manual, the step by step info you need is all in there.

the default is log in to VM using 0# with the default password. if [default password] doesnt work.. then its been changed and as far as i know there is no way to retrieve it other than resetting the system

[posting passwords for system changed are not to be posted in the public forum.]

You can bypass and change the password but it won't be posted on the open board.

Lucent became Avaya. The manuals for all Avaya/Lucent/AT&T phone systems, Voice mails, etc... are available for download on the Avaya web site.

It would be in the VS manual in the Auto Attn and selector codes. But like I said it will have to be VS5 to have that option.
