Trying to set up Night Service through the Merlin BIS-34D phone so that the phones in the shop will ring when the night button is pressed.

Anyone know how to do this?

Thanks in advance. [Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]

The bis 34d is only a set and can be installed on numerous systems .

What is model of your control unit?

The control unit..... hmmmm, we did have the big Merlin II console, I believe an electrical storm took it out several months back so we replaced it with the BIS-34d, didn't think we needed all those buttons.

Can night service be installed on this unit? Or do I need to opt for call coverage?

There is a control unit hanging on a wall someplace, or maybe sitting on a bench. All your phones plug into it. What unit is it?

Hi KenB,

I suppose the guys simply installed this unit "Portrait", as it is about 2' high and maybe 10-12" wide.

I found a FM 3 number on one of the boards, does that help at all?

I know it's an older unit, maybe 15 years old. The company that installed it has not gotten back with me to assist. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Theres an installers link @ the top of the page.
