Not sure how many got into the mess of it, but the lawsuit between Avaya and UAC has put us in a corner. Avaya is not willing to give the craft password and we are left with the system without any access to it. Any idea how to get the craft password to the Definity system without going with expensive maintenance agreement with Avaya?

KENB,
I have modified my proflie to let admins and moderators view/send me e-mails.
Let me know if that helps.
I was not looking for someone to post the password on here. Just a solution to get the password as I was told that Avaya dials in every 2-3 days into our switch and changes the craft password.
