Hello,
Some have said the new V2 eurostyle phones are not as comfortable as the older ones? Something about the earpiece not being concave anymore. They are also about $20 more then the V1 versions..
Anyone seen both and care to offer an opinion?
Thanks,
-James

I have a few in my office and many out in the field, I really don't see any comfort issues. They look a little nicer (style) The earpiece is still concave but the mouth piece is rounded out but really not an issue. Haven't had any negative reports from my customers either.

The only thing we have noticed is low earpiece volume. We increase volume while talking on the phone, but it still doesn't get loud enough. We have only put 2 of these in, so it could be a bad phone.
I thought you said that your system was down...

Haven't had that issue yet. Have about 100 or so out there, no one has reported that issue yet. But I will keep it in mind as a possible problem. Thanks

Thanks for the replies. I guess I will go with the v2 phones. They do look a bit nicer.
Thanks,

What choice do you have? The others have been discontinued and when the stock is depleated all you will get is used or refurb in the old style.
Funny thing is gray market dealers will be selling the old style as "new" for years to come.

-Hal Sure, but won't the same be true when the v3 phones come out? We'll have to get used or refurbs on the old v2 style.. -jr
