Ok Guys how about a bailout. I have a partner messaging on a job and the customer reports that when a patient calls and go thru the main menu, and hits the prompts to get to 5th sub menu then presses the 1st sector code after a few rings the vm picksup, it drops them and goes to the 2nd call group. the puzzle is why or how does it get back 2nd call group?? they claim that the system drops them and send s the call back to an/or extentions in reception without having done anything. tia Another question what happens if their vm is full??

Would it be out of the question if you e-mailed me a phone number that goes to that system.
So I could try it myself.
Sounds strange, but could be something very simple.
