Feel like a dum bass on this one but I drew a blank. Customer wants calls to ring in twice then go to auto attendant...then if an extension is chosen they want it to ring once at the extension and then go to VM. This is a Partner ACS R3 with the small PCMCIA voice mail. I know the extension situation should be handled by VM cover rings #310 right? As far as the two rings and go to Auto Attendant is that #206 Group call ditribution????

yes 206 will put your lines in the aa group. then set 506 and 507, to get the number of rings before aa picks up.

Maybe i need to be more clear. 310 will put vm coverage on the exts.
To set rings before vm on ext picks up I think is 321
Then use 206 option 7(gruop number) to put the lines to be answered be aa
Then 506 and 507
sorry got a little ahead of myself,
