I'm curious as I have activated RONA on a few skills and they are reporting that there are more Abandoned calls then usual.

it shouldn't because it never leaves the queue. The caller probably just disconnected the call. Did you test your RONA settings?
If it doesn't ring, I can't help you

Call the VDN. The call will que to an ACD agent. Don't pick up and the call with RONA to the VDN that you entered in the hunt group.
