Hello folks. I hope everyone had a nice holiday. As you can tell by my subject line I am looking for tech support for the IP office. My company is currently an authorized Avaya business partner, but that doesn't seem to get us much. I am told that there are approx.5 authorized distribuotors of the Avaya product line, we purchase from one of those companies. Unfortunately their tech support dept. seems to be understaffed. Which company do you folks purchase from and who do you feel offers the best tech support. Names and numbers please.

I currently use Jenne.

Jenne has always been really good to me I think they have a leg up on catalyst which is also pretty good but good luck getting through to the tech support after say 3-4 PM EST.

I use Jenne also and they always have gone above and beyond for me

The rule I follow is support is only as good as the person on the other end of the phone when it comes to the IPO. Most of the issue I've come across there really hasn't been an answer/fix until it reaches Avaya. Don't get me wrong Catalyst tries very hard.But again it all comes down to who answers the call.One other suggestion is that perhaps if you have time post the problem on the board someone I am sure will be able to help you. GKar has become somewhat of an expert on the IPO.

i have quite a bit of knowledge on ip office and vm pro if i can help im here at least twice a day

I also have 4 of the IPO with VMail Pro at 4 locations. I have become familiar with these systems as well and will try to answer questions that you may have.
