My customer just changed over to PRI. The caller ID says the phone # but not the name. I was told there is a toggle button I can program so they could see the Company Name or the phone # on incoming calls.

I was also told that there is a problem with having the name come across PRI and it could shut down the PRI. Is this true?

Thanks
Tom Kinney

Tom

Number only on the PRI.

You can program a caller ID name button on a lighted button on the phone but it is only applicable on loop start trunks.
