We have an IP Office 406 that we just installed in our office, we tried to set up the system squared as we have 3 lines but are having issues with getting calls off of hold and privacy. If someone is on the line you can intrude. Is there a way to have the system squared, privacy on the trunks and be able to get calls off of hold at a different extension. PLEASE HELP!!! I am losing my mind with this system.

In the User Telephony tab choose "Can not be intruded" and chose "Can not Intrude"

gkar,

I will try this out,I had mentioned this to one of my techs who has been to school and he said that he tried it and it did not work. We'll see what happens. Thank you for your reply.
