When a employee tries to access any of their VM messages, all they hear is the phone ringing, but they can't get to the message. They dial for VM. Enter their ext. and password, select to get any messages (old or new), and then when they try to listen to the messages, they here the phone ringing, like they are making a call. Any ideas.....
Merlin Messaging R2 is the system....

It is probably a mistaken voice mail message of a phone ringing - press *3 and see if you can delete it.
