Voice mail is very new to me. The main purpose is to set up the Automated Attendant. In order to simplify the practice, the configuration is Legend C1 power; cke4 processor (Legend R7, V11); 408 GS/LS MLX; and 007 MLM 4-port.
Processor was reset back to factory default, system was renumberrd to default 3-digit. Mermail mail system initial programming and Merlend legend communication system programming were performed. VM was set for single attendant, all ports were assigned for automated attendant, no delayed ring was set. After I used my cell phone to call, the PROBLEMS are (1) the vm anwsered at 4 rings, instead of 1 ring; (2) immediately said 100 is not available, transfeeing call, please hold.
Any help would be highly appreciated!
Thanks!

I would suggest you call an Avaya dealer near you. A few hundred bucks for a service call would get you squared away and give you someone to call going forward. Let us know where you are and we can hook you up.
