Is there a setting to prevent the ability to pick up on someone elses line for an Avaya Partner in Key mode?
Right now when a line is in use, and someone else picks up the phone and clicks on that line it flashes red/green.

Assign Automatic Privacy to the Extensions, OR put a Privacy button on the sets, and toggle it on and off if you only want it some of the time.

What is your #304 for that ext set at?
That sets privacy on a per extension basis.
