2 companies on 1 system. Company A no problems, Company B when calling in it will ring once, then it looks as though something has answered it, caller gets dead air. I am able to select the line that has been "answered" and begin talking however. Happens on all lines of Company B, simple 4 line hunt group. with only 4 phones having apperances of those lines on them. They do not use the vmail (Octel) that Company A has. they are not in any call coverage groups. today it worked, tomorrow it will ring ok for a few hours then all of a sudden go into that 1 ring thing.
