You can use a Polycom with a Tip/Ring port. An 016ETR is cheaper than an 016TR, but the ETR only gives you 6 S/L ports

Do you have any analog ports on your Magix now?

Or do you have a 016ETR or 016TR card in your Magix now?

What TTT is telling you is that you can use a Polycom conference phone on your Magix......but you will need a analog extension port availible to plug it into.

If you have never worked on a Magix before...........I would suggest you get a local telephone man in your area to take alook at it.

Whatever you have been doing, it's obvious from the questions you ask that you are not knowledgeable enough to handle this. I suggest also that you have a local dealer handle this for you.
