Is there any service or product that can have the telephone company forward voicemail from its service to one of my lines and I can then have it go directly to a voicemail extension?

Example, I have 3 CO lines. All 3 lines are busy. Since all lines are busy the telephone company voicemail answers and records a message from the next caller so they don't get a busy signal.

Is it possible to later have the phone company forward this message to my system when a line is freed? If so can it be automatically routing to a mailbox on a partner messaging R6?

1- Could complete your profile so we know who we are helping-Thank you

2-Are the three lines in your example with the
Partner mail ,the same lines with the phone
company voicemail on them ?

3- It just might be easier to add a 4th line to your system

2. Yes the 3 lines have the telephone voicemail. The lines are a group of lines that roll over.

3. a 4th line would probably be easiest. Maybe we could add more lines from January to April each year (during income tax season... I'm a CPA)

The reason I'm trying to avoid getting more lines, is that we don't use all 3 lines at once that often. We are are CPA office that has seasonal high phone usage 4 months a year and the other 8 months not as much call volume. So much of the day there are two lines available.

If there is something out there that will automate getting the voicemail from the phone company and forwarding it to our system, then I will proceed further investigation into costs, etc.

Thanks for the help.

I guess the end result is that even if telco could send the messages to your business #
,they would be sending them to the already
burdened [3] seasonal lines.

good luck
