I have a Definity Audix working in a Prologic cabinet, the audix is giving me a alarm that says Thermal code 3. I can not find any documents on how to clear this alarm. Has anyone run into this ? Thank You for your help, Nick

These answers are right from the docs. I wasn't sure what software version you have so I went off of 3.2.
The thermal warning is due to the tempature.
1. Make sure your Definity audix is not in the C carrier. If so, move it. 2. Make sure the room is not to hot. 3. Check the fan in the switch. 4. Check the air filter for blockage.
Tape warning 5 is a dirty tape.
Remove old, add new, 'add tape', 'save nightly', 'save weekly'.
Tape warning 6 is dirty tape heads.
Solution clean tape heads.
