Does anyone know where i can find the Planning Forms for the Merlin Mail-Merlin II. throughout the installation and administrators manual it gives reference to these forms as follows:
form A-voicemail assignment
form B-system parameters
form C-system greetings
form D-Auttomated Attendant setting
form E-Day main menu
form F-Night main menu
form G-Automated Attendant submenus
form H-Automated Attendant announcements
form I-Call answer coverage scheme
any help would be appreciated.

You'll find all of them in the appendix of the manual - which you can find at https://support.avaya.com - just drill down from support by product to Merlin Mail, then your release.

That seems like the logical place for the forms however, either i'm blind as a bat or they are not on the two manuals i found, one is the installation and implementation guide, and the other is the system administrators guide. if you know of one that has them then please let me know.
